Anyways, today was pretty mad. Photos were today and Amber cut her finger open.. Ahaha. That was really silly. And she was full crying cuz blood freaks her out and stuff, so I had to take her to sickbay ahaha L:
Anyways, photos were crap, I'm probably gonna look really silly and stupid aswell. Argh >< I hate photos of any kind. Frkn.. like the air and shit is really bad around Hurlstone so yeah.. and I'm thinking of bringing back the Cbox because my Formspring is kinda dying, and I can't access it from school. So.. possibly in a couple days I'm gonna get the C-box back.. Anyways, leave me love on my formspring, and I'll get back to you guys soon.

I've actually made this before, but havn't ever shared a recipe for it. And Christina wanted me to do more Cooking recipe stuff so I guess I'll do this. Seeing as though everyone likes sweet things (:
Prep Time: 35 min
Cook Time: 30 min
Ready In: 1 hr 35 min.
Serves: 16 slices.
1 package ( 2-layer size) White cake mix.
112g Jello- Strawberry Flavoured Gelatin.
155g Sour Cream.
85g powdered sugar.
227g Whipped Topping (Icing mixture)
230g sliced strawberries.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (176.67 degrees cl.). Grease and flour two 8 to 9 inch round cake pans set aside. Prepare Cake batter as directed on Cake mixture package. Pour half the batter into a medium bowl. Add the Strawberry Gelatin mix, stir until well blended. Spoon half of the white batter and half of the pink batter, side by side into each prepared pan. Swirl batters together using a teaspoon for consistency.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then cool for 30 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
- Mix Sour cream and powdered sugar in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping ( icing sugar mixture made beforehand using the instructions on the back ). Top with 1 cup of strawberries and remaining cake layer. Spread top and side of cake with remaining whipped topping mixture. Top with 1/2 cup of strawberries just before serving. Store any leftover cake in refrigerator.
